Ultrafire wf504b opertion problems

I recently bought an Ultrafire wf 504b. It worked well for a coup[le of weeks but now seems to dim shortly after I turn it on. The clickey switch at back changes to 3 modes but shortly after they activate it goes really dim in strobe, bright and dim mode. Is the problem with the switch or the driver and any advice on how to repair?

The problem will be in the driver.

Which dropin (LED module) does it have?

It's not all that hard, generally, to order and put in a new driver.
