I called them to order a new bezel and some clips for the 2AAA pocket.The woman said that they did not sell the clips but she had one and she she might as well send the bezel for no charge as well.Surefire service is great also.Pelican is very poor.Tell about your exp. with some brand of light.

last year i got a reflector/bulb unit for one of my PolyPro AA shipped to europe without charge.
i wrote them an email that the reflector was defective and not more. i never thought that i would get a new one (nor was my intention).
 
this may sound like a kiss *** response...but CPF members are real cool people to do biz with. I bought several things from members here without a problem. (You know who you are. THank you!)

Anyway, Surefire IS great. I burnt an E2 bulb prematurely. It was probably my fault for always touching the bulb and not cleaning it afterwards. I told the customer support lady that i wanted to order one direct over the phone because NO ONE in San Diego stocked them. SHe asked for my address. I gave it to her. She immediately told me, "okay sir, your bulb is on its way." I didn't even have to pay for it! WOW. It almost brought tears to my eyes. I would have kissed her if she was right next to me. She said, "At Surefire, we strive to keep our customers." She said that she understands that their products are NOT cheap...so they try to make it up for superior customer service. Isn't that nice or what?

Peter Gransee at Arc is wonderful to deal with too! I haven't "officially" bought an Arc product yet (i bought through CPF) but Peter always manages to respond to my emails. I feel bad when i ask small questions 'cuz i'm sure he has bigger things to deal with, but it makes me happy to know that such individuals exist. Thanks Peter for the customer service and i hope to see that Cyan Arc LS soon.

I have had superior customer service from:

1. Arc
2. Surefire
3. UK

So basically I have nothing to add here, but I do second the opinions of others. These companies are the real deal. I worked in CS for a few years, and can tell you a thing or two about what most companies *won't* do. These three companies *do* do them.
