universal Voltage 18650/17670/R123 Charger/mods ?

Did anyone with one of these combo chargers (DSD) tried to mod it somehow ? Seems like max charging current is plain and simple a result of the used Power supply, the two channels are parallel so all slots (2x18650/2x123) are basically the same. The EOC is somewhat low and I would like to bump that up a little but have no clue yet - any of our smart EEs trying to make his way through the circuit yet ?

if you want to make it charger faster, with a higher mA, just replace the wall wart with another thats 5V, and the mA you want.
The chrger will still do as its supposed to.

Mine is one the way, and I am going to use a 1 to 1.2 amp wall wart with it.

agree on the max current as pointed out probably not clear enough in the original post - but using a 5V supply your EOC voltage will be even lower than the 4.1V I´m getting with the supplied 5.5V supply - with a 5V supply its more like 4.05V for me - going slightly higher like 5.7V and 6V didn´t do any good to the EOC voltage though ....

The ICs used are a 8 pin 9926M and one 6 pin 5411 labelled 0664 - still trying to make my way through the circuit but hopefully someone smarter on this than me will chim in /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
