These are some preliminary measurements that Leef sent to me. There's more to come. This just gives a good idea where this is heading.

I. LIGHT BOX
a) MillerMod Tri-Lux = 3,160 lbu.
b) MillerMod Quad-lux = 3,940 lbu.
c) U2 = 1,980 lbu. but drops very quickly by ~ 30% to ~ 1,400 lbu. (see
below).

II. BEAM MEASUREMENTS, straight ahead (or to max reading at very close to
straight)
a) MillerMod Tri-lux = 4,140 lux
b) MillerMod Quad-lux = 5,220 lux.
c) U2 = 1,900 lux (initial, dropping every 15 sec. to
1,429/1,335/1,310/1,298 for a realistic reading of ~1,300 to 1,400 lux).

With 2 cells:
3-Lux over-driven R-bin Lux I's = 3,000 lbu.
3-Lux U-bin = 3,500 lbu.
Same batteries used on both lights.

With 1 cell:
3-lux over-driven R-bins = 1,730 lbu
3-Lux U = 2,000 lbu.
Same batteries. (The single cell version will be about 20-30% brighter than this when I build them for that purpose.)

Here's a runtime chart for the Quad-lux with over-driven R-bins (@950mA) with two 10Ah 1.2 volt cells (12Ah runtimes coming soon among many other charts) :) :

Awesome!!! Now the question is should I get a Tri-Lux or a Quad-Lux ,Tri-Lux or a Quad-Lux ,Tri-Lux or a Quad-Lux. I hate decisions like these.
