How did you pay? I would be filing a complaint with paypal or my credit card company at this point. It sounds like he is just leading you on to get past the claims date. Illness or not he should have at least been able to respond to your messages in a satisfactory manor. For all we know is the account could have been hacked and someone else got the money already.

I paid F&F too. My mistake. Odds of his Facebook and cpf account being hacked are low. It’s pretty apparent at this point that he stole from us.

Unless he uses the same email/passwords for both, and no 2fa turned on...worst case scenario is you and all affected hit his paypal and facebook accounts with fraud and scam reports, but that should be a last resort as it could be regrettable if he does make good on his outstanding contracts.
crazy to see this thread now, i got scammed by them too.. sent $95 (june 2024) for a arc mania extreme iii that never arrived and they stopped replying. never made a stink of it because they were a long standing member that seemed well respected
Usually not with sellers, but yeah; we've had long standing members with fantastic reputations who built custom lights.... Just one day out of the blue turned into complete scumbags who screwed over a sizeable chunk of the member population. It happened a lot!
So much so that it would literally be easier to list all the members who didn't do that! I'm not even joking.
