USPS ERROR at the Shoppe

I was trying to buy a few things, this is the message I got:

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.
United States Postal Service
An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

Had an error like this before. USPS changed the syntax of the message that they expected and didn't tell anyone that it changed which broke many sites.

I wonder if this has happened again.

I will look into this when I get home today (Wed).
