Merri and I will be gone for 2 weeks from the 16th to the 31st of this month (

). Mike, Dawn and Frank will be holding the fort down. My goal is to have the framework for the LS2 preview in place before I go since it will probally be ready to ship while I am away.

Dawn will interface with dealers, phone and email. If you call in with a technical question, she will give you to Mike. You probally won't see much posts here in the CPF from Mike because he isn't the chatty sort.

Btw, I would appreaciate the help of the CPF'er 'ol timers on answering questions of newbies in the Arc forum while I am away.

If it is a standard Arc-AAA we have them in stock. The turnaround (once we get your return) is 48 hours.

I've returned a couple of units recently, and must say the response and turnaround experience I've had with Arc is incredible. Immediate friendly emails and shipping. I'm stunned by their customer service and willingness to make the customer happy. I too hate doing without my Arcs, but they make it as painless as possible. Thanks guys and gals.
