I would be coming from the valley, so only low limited area in North Van.
I do know there is a Tim Hortons at around 1384 Main St.
From there, there is a golf course, and 3 parks not too far away.

Looks like Lynnmouth Park, Marie Place Park & Currers Island Park would work for some outdoor areas?
Actually Seylynn Park looks reasonable too.

Btw, bring your L-Mini if you want to try out my turbo-head.Let's Do 6:30...
So are we going to do the park thing rain or shine? Or play it by ear? This entire week's forecast is non-stop rain. I think I'll bring my M6/1185 in case we decide to play outside. 🙂
Rats, I wish I was single again sometimes. Unfortunately I can't make it this time around. I would have brought a modded wf800 1.5amp single mode and a modded RC-29 with dx7880. I don't have a collection of expensive lights, I'm more into making custom lights, even then it's hard to find time for. New baby has taken all my spare time - but it's all good.lovecpfTim Horton's at 1384 Main St., North Van at 6:30pm.
It was nice meeting everyone and seeing all of the other lights.

Launch Mini, I guess you were feeling left out with your "lousy" lights eh?
THat Spy for office use or the new Surefire T1A?

Seriously, it was great to finally meet some of you guys (and catch up with a few others). I'm glad the meet worked out.
Thanks to Nice-light for the awesome little "trinkets" and for bringing the whole Fenix line to check out. Some pretty nice lights there!
Thanks to all for braving the rain as we scared the neighbors with our crazy bright lights.
Next time we'll hope for clear weather!
