I happen to find myself in OR fo a few days so went to Costco, Target, and WalMart Superstore looking for one of the HIDs you left coasters talk about and every clerk I asked acted as if I had asked for something illegal.

Where might one from the south find an HID out here at a good price. Again, the places I already tried are clueless.

Also does anyone know where to get eneloops or sanyo 2700 AA rechargeables in Eugene?

Would appreciate any help at all.

Sam's club is the place to find the Power On Board HID lantern/spotlights. Prices will vary depending on area so its going to be as low as like $30 and as high as $98 (here in ME). I dont think its just an east cost thing as Sams clubs are all over if I recall correctly. If not their then try Harbor Freight. E-bay usually has an assortment of them on sale for varying prices as well. Good luck!

Sanyo 2700 = Duracell 2650 Target or Wal-Mart
eneloop = Fred Meyer, near flashlights section
Sam's Club do not exist in Oregon, so give up on HIDs.
