Voltage/ Frequency for LEDs

Hello,

Sorry, I don't have much clues about this:

Our company is about to receive a larger order of replacement bulbs. We are a trading company and we don't have engineers.

I have 2 problems:
1.) The voltage of the developing country to where these bulbs are shipped to is sometimes unstable.
2.) In general, the products offered are in 50 Hertz. The recipient country has 60 Hertz as a standard.

How does this affect the safety and lifespan of our products?

Without knowing the design of the ballast circuit used, no one can properly answer your question. Same with the unstable supply.
