I have one, and I can't complain. Actually I replaced the 100 watt Philips spotlight bulb (H3) with a Sylvania 55 watt headlight bulb to get more run time.
The one thing that seems a bit lame is the plastic retainer ring on the front that holds the lens/reflector in. It doesn't screw on. It simply slips on and is held in place with two tiny sheet metal screws. I haven't had a problem with it yet.
I have had a 12 volt 8 AH PowerSonic SLA in it. Great run time, but that PowerSonic is a heavy sucker and the center of gravity moves back an inch or two so the balance is off when you carry it. It wants to point up towards the sky. I have the two original 6 volt (4 AH?) batteries in it now but I'm keeping the PowerSonic around in case I change my mind again.
