Ran into this at Wal*Mart for $8.44. Thought it might be of interest to those who are looking for a low price on a crank light.
It's a 2-level, 1 or 3 LEDs. Doesn't really seem out of the ordinary or differ much from other crank lights that are being sold in the marketplace. It's packaged as a Wal*Mart marketed product. The notable part is that this one actually lists some specifications. Specifically it does list that is uses a 40mAh rechargeable LIon coin battery, LIR2032.

Like other similar products it's no surprise that this one is also manufactured in China. As a matter of fact, it looks like the whole thing, light and packaging came directly from China. The product documentation is in English, however all the collateral on the back is written in the kind of pigeon English that you would often find in products from Taiwanese or Chinese computer component manufacturers.

I think I'd be inclined to ignore the part that says to crank the light for 10 minutes (!) before use. The other part of the text does list estimated run times of 20-30 minutes (1/3 LEDs) for 120 cranks (about 2 minutes.)

It is customary to NOT directly post a freaking huge 1280 x 1219 poor quality photo on a forum.
