want to build a UV flashlight using a Nichia NVSU333B 365nm LED

I want to build a UVflashlight using a Nichia NVSU333B 365nm LED. This LED runs on 3.7V @ 3.5A. I figured on using a 12V rechargable power tool battery, but I am open to suggestions.

I can get 4A buck converters from Amazon, but they aren't flashlight-sized drivers. Any suggestions where to begin? What Flashlight housing would be appropriate?
