I've been wanting to try out light painting for awhile now. Been doing some night photography and want to spice it up. Do not want to spend a whole lot of money.
Looking at Stanley's HID (http://www.amazon.com/Stanley-HID010...5151562sr=8-1)
and was wondering if this would work with it perhaps? http://www.amazon.com/Opteka-SB-110-...f=pd_sbs_op_16
I'm not sure if the Opteka diffuser would be too small as I can't find the size of the spotlight opening (im sure there's a term for that, I don't know much about lights). I don't know if it would be too hot as well. Thought I would ask the experts, so here I am. 🙂
