Watch not working

I have a Raymond Weil watch that is not working.

Does anyone know a reliable watch repair facility that I can send the watch to be fixed.

you live in NYC, there isnt a raymond weil store or some other highend watch store in that whole damn city?

watch was purchased at Tourneau with a "lifetime warranty" for about $1,500 dollars.

after 3 months it stoped working and the "lifetime warranty" does not cover whatever is broken and the estimate to fix is $400

i have no idea what can be broken in such a short amount of time that would need to have $400 dollars worth of repairs.
