Waterproof host for Dat2Zip sandwich?

I've been interested in some waterproof MadMax powered emergency kit lights.

Currently I have some of these using Minimags, but I have doubts about how waterproof they are.

My other kit lights are UK 2L lights which I have no doubt are waterproof! 🙂

Suggestions?
