Ways to increase Mag light and Brinkmann water resistance

with the resurgence in interest and buying of 2AA Legends and mini Mags, what can we do to tweek H20 resistance? plumbers teflon tape at the switch and bezel end? greasing up the threads? will tose ideas interfere w/ conductivity of the body? ( I put this in the mod section too)

btw both bodies are well made with the mag having a sturdier buid and better machining in my view...my 5y/o has mods of both and he hasn't destroyed either one, notwithstanding endless switching them on/off
 
I don't think the brinkmann will ever be as water resistant as the mag because of the tailcap switch. There's no easy way to prevent water from getting in there. I'm not sure why the brinkmann has the o-rings on the tailcap, but no seals in the actual switch.

Yes, the tail cap would be it's water weakness, and I've never tested to see how water proof the original switch is.

There's no point to sealing the head, as the electronics are totally potted and water proof. If water should get into the head, nothing it can hurt, just it dry out.
