WF-500 Bulb options?

What other bulbs have been tried with the WF-500? Surely there are options. Thanks.

I dont know of any..the stock bulb scews into the reflector.a mod would have to be made i feel..but im sure someone could do this..perhaps 4xcree leds now that would be cool..

I'm wondering if some of the Surefire-type assemblies might fit. Don't have any of that brand to try.

somewhere down deep there is a thread with a mod that someone did.. made his WF-500 take a WA-1111 bulb if I recall. basically used the stock reflector, but mounted up a bipin socket for the WA bulb. results were darn good.
