I received an Ultrafire T6 with no instructions
using Google it appears to just need 1 18650 Batt
it shipped with none
So I ordered a 2900mAh and charger from 4Sevens
but the flash light swallowed the one battery and looks
as if another would easily fit.
Does this light take 2 18650s or am i missing something
between the Battery and LED ?

Can you give us more info as to the exact model of light you have? Ultrafire XML T6 could be a hundred different flashlights. Ultrafire describes the brand, XML describes the LED emitter, and T6 describes the brightness bin for the XML emitter.

It looks like on glock talk you said you have this light

I
t appears to be a dual 18650 light. It is confusing because many chinese manufactures will print the emitter model on the light (in this case, XML T6), but that in no way identifies the flashlight itself.

If you are new to li-ion batteries such as the 18650, please take time to read up on the safety concerns of these, especially when running multiple cells in one light. Don't mix brands or capacities and I don't use multiple cells unless they are charged to within .05v of each other, and even then I much prefer they are charged to the exact same voltage.

Battery Configuaration 2x18650

From the website you linked. So yes 2 of the 18650 batts.

Be very weary of the claims you see from the chinese manufacturers especialy the lumens. the led manufacturer rates the xml-t6 as 1000 lumens when driven at max 3amps. This is not what you will get out the front of the light. Maybe 600 or so on the good side.
