What CPF made light is this?

My friend purchased a torch made by a cpf member that i have no idea what it is and would like more info on.

It is about the size and shape of a credit card but much thicker, around 12mm. It is made of stainless or aluminum and has carbon fibre panels inset.

It has and odd kind double of cross hairs pattern in the beam, also has a large integrated belt clip.

Any idea?
