I asked the guy on the stand who had a proto-type in his pocket to keep it waterproof and make it non-unfocusable (fixed focused).
It was the best non-SureFire I saw at the SHOT Show 2002. I liked the switch.
Perhaps Pelican don't think it's a product sector worth going into what with the LX taking all the cheap end and the E2e taking the EDC market.
Still, I was upset that Pelicans such as the StealthLite were loosing their waterproofness.
