What is the difference between a McClickie vs a normal clickie?

Would someone please explain the difference between a McClickie vs a normal clickie? What makes a McClickie better or worse? Thanks!

The McClicky switch is Don's own creation of a modular clicky switch. It is a forward clicky that can be used in Don's lights and others. As it is very reliable and a forward clicky and as it works in E-Series tailcaps, too, it is a very high regarded part.

I have a lot of them, and they just work.

Well, it does not take much force to operate the momentary function, and it has low resistance. Pretty good switch IMO. I've modded them into a couple of lights to replace the cheap high resistance switches.

Wait a minute! I am no tech guy and I have not evaluated other clickie switches in any fashion that might lend me to commenting in any reasonable manner. I have no feel for differences in resistance or mechanical activation or forces required in activation.
