I think there will be enough heatsinking. The weight is 6kg so lots of mass and those big finned blocks mounted verticly have a good low thermal resistance even with no forced airflow you get a good convection curent going. They are not driving the leds too hard sounds like 500ma which help with the efficentcy. They are not cheap 1622 euro for that big one at somthing like 10,000 lumen. I think the selling point will be the low mantance and the durability, adding forced cooling would not do the MTBF any good. Fans are always dodgy components compared to the rest of the system.
No idea what the led is.
