What should i do with this glitchy D10 SP

My beloved D10 SP neutral recently started acting up:

Most of the time I simply can't turn it up, except by triple click, which brings the SOS mode, and click-hold, which locks it up. Messing with the varous shorcuts generally brings random results.

I cleaned the piston lip, removed and cleaned the ring, I even unscrewed the pill, expecting large amounts of duset mixed with grease, but evrything was almost like new.

Before I try to contact nitecore, what else should I try on this one ?
I wonder if the firmware can run into bugs after almost a year without problems.

Did you change the battery type or size ?

If not - I'd return it .

No I've been relying on Eneloops and AW for a few months.

Contact Nitecore, they'll be happy to replace it. They fixed my old D10 free of charge even after I told them I had broken it while attempting a modification :thumbsup:
