Title basically says all. Just looking for what I would be looking for that's good for lubricating.

I used to use Nyogel but found it is not nearly as good as the PTFE type lube (teflon based) in this little Radio Shack oiler I got (and I rarely reco anything from Radio Shack). this_is_nascar (over 10,000 posts here) says it's the best and has been telling people about it for quite a while but I somehow missed that info from him until recently. It has made a huge difference in nearly all my lights - especially twisties. I've tried several other lubes too but this has definitely been the best so far and it's not expensive. About $4 and I expect that will last years even with all the lights I have.
