What's the difference between the P10C2 and the T10C2?

Looks like one has a more flared reflector...no noticeable differences otherwise.

Why is one tactical and one's personal?

The bigger reflector on the tactical version gives it more throw. The personal version will have a bit less throw, but fit a pocket easier. That's about it I think. :shrug:

I almost did the exact same thing, but ended up cancelling the order and buying a TK10. I plan on getting the T10C2 after Christmas though.

How many lumens does the Tk10 put out?

The TK10's rated at 225 lumens. I'm not sure how Fenix measure it, but to me it looks about right, if anything a little less just from comparing with my other lights.

You can expect more lumens out the front (OTF) from the T10C2.

By combining MrGman's results and measurements of light-review.com you got this from CR123 cells:

EagleTac P10C2
Throw: 6170 Lux
Output: 225 lumens OTF

EagleTac T10C2
Throw: 6920 Lux
Output: 257+ lumens OTF

Fenix TK10
Throw: 10590 Lux
Output: 225 lumens (Fenix's claim)

The 225 lumens output of the TK10 must be pretty accurate considering the T1 result with MrGman's Lab Sphere IS test.

krevo, don't be dissapointed by the fact that you didn't get the extra 32 lumens of the T10C2 model. You would never see the difference! Plus, you got the more compact model. :thumbsup: All these lights are amazing anyway.

Generally, a bigger reflector equals more throw. But with Eagletac lights, the bigger reflectors on their T-series translates to much more sidespill, with a bit more throw.
