What's the next LED?

So the XPG R-5 is the hot LED now and I see 4-7's is coming out with a S2 model but what is the next hot LED down the road? Technology seems to move so fast. It seems like I have to replace all of my lights every 6 months if I want the biggest,baddest, brightest light.
