where can i get my Fenix flashlight repaired in Sydney?

My tragic Fenix PD10 was broken.
it can't change mode and there's water in the cup.
Does anyone know where can i get my Fenix flashlight repaired in Sydney?

If you bought it in Sydney you might be able to exchange it with the dealer. I'm not aware of anyone who works on flashlights in Australia as a business so your best course of actions is probably just to contact Fenix.

I think the only way to get your Fenix repaired is to send it to them in China, I doubt they have repair places anywhere other than where their place of manufacture.

Just keep in mind attempting to have anyone other than Fenix repair a light will more than likely void the warranty. I think sending it to Fenix for repair is the best move.

Now i have already sent a mail to the fenix, but they haven't gave me the response yet.

I have already contacted with the fenix, they told me the the info of the agent in Australia, and the agent will help me to send the flashlight back to China.
