Where I can find Alumina Oxide Powder locally?

...excluding shops like the SS (does not worth the trouble and international shipping).

And I reside in Greece...

so...what Kinda stores should I be looking at? or at least international brands like loctite and 3M...

"Aluminium oxide" is also known as "alumina". Gem grade alumina can be found at your local jeweller's. You could try a hardware store or a metalworks for abrasive alumina, where it might be called corundum.
