Where is the best place to buy 14500 batteries and charger

I have a Fenix LD1 CE ordered & wondering which place has the best price for them and which brand of rechargeable 14500 cell gives the best results? Also, are some brand of li-ion chargers better than others?

4 sevens at Fenix-Store sells AW's chargers(Ultrafire) and batteries, with free shipping and a 8% discount(CPF8) it might work out better. Also if your located in the USA so is he(Atlanta).

I would recommend a Pila charger which terminates charging when done, and gives 600mA charging current to each of the two slots.
