So I was looking at all the bike DIY switches at batteryspace, and even asked them, but all the switches they carry are on/off, no momentaries.

I'm probably gonna end up using a Taskled driver, so need a momentary that will handle this, anyone have ideas on where I could pick one of these up?

A lot of online electronic suppliers sell them. However waterproof ones are few and far between.
I have experimented with a normal one, covered with a tiny piece if clingfilm then carefully covered with silicone sealant. A nice thin layer should do the trick! Be careful, its a messy job!

Search for ip67 and something should come up.

Before finding these I used non waterproof switches and had no problems.

If you've got money to burn, then CPI make some very nice switches:

Something like 60USD each though :(

If you want a remote switch, then the Cateye CD300/HR200 button kit can be split into two individuals switches. Very thin wire though, so a pain to solder.

Or APEM do assorted IP rating switches, eg this one

Mcmaster Carr sell IP68 rated toggle switches. You can buy one which is momentary action, plus an optional boot which waterproofs it down to around 100 metres.

put "toggle" in the search field, or "ip68".

part number : 8185K11 is a possible

OP I think Dom a member here sells a momentary waterproof switch that is low profile that is handlebar/grip mountable. I know that switch comes with his lights he sells if you buy a light off him but as parts I'd ask him.

Digikey sells the original switch(look up judco flatpac 14v 2a pushbutton) that was used in vistalites and kaidomain and dx both sell silicon buttons that work. Take a few inches of plumbers tape, enlarge a hole for the silicon button, wire up the switch, place it under the button and smear some sealant on it and your good to go. If you add a velcro tie, you can strap it to a pipe the same dia. as your bars and when dry it'll be a custom fit.
