Hey Guys,

I'm looking for a good place to order o-rings for my 007.

I'm specifically looking for the knob o-rings. I have them in black
and orange. Do they come in any other color? I'd love to get blue
ones.

Thanks!

Ray

Black is easy to get at the local hardware store. But I would like to know where to get other colors too. The size for the knob is 011.

Cheers

If you don't have a need for all 500 I know some of us may buy a few from you if you choose to part with some.

The 9MM come 300 per bag.

It would have been cool if they would mix the colors, but they dont.
I will be ordering blue. If they fit perfectly, I will probably give Dave a
whole bunch in case he wants to give them as spares with the new Tri-V.
The rest I will probably give away here :D

I'll keep you all posted.

Dave - been looking online at differing 011 o rings...some are different widths. For example, this was actually on Amazon:

-011 Viton O-Ring, 75A Durometer, Black, 5/16" ID, 7/16" OD, 1/16" Width (Pack of 100)

If I can find the right size, I'll go ahead and buy a large quantity and make them available for 007/Tri-V owners -

Borrowed Amazon's photo here:

Please advise
Thanks! :twothumbs

EDIT - I have some of these on the way - Scout24 measured the ring on this Tri-V to check for fit and this works. If they work out I'll post here and make them available....be watching for this around Wednesday night.

I bought a small selection of O-rings from a jewelry store and discovered that some are listed according to outer diameter, some according to inner diameter, and some according to average diameter. The only way to know for sure is to buy a bag of them and see if they fit. Fortunately, most O-rings are stretchable enough to fit the knob if they're a size too small.

Anyway, blue's a good color; I approve. :)

I bought a couple hundred - half red, half black. Gonna test fit them tonight - if they fit okay I will be making them available for free...it'll be posted in the marketplace.

They are perhaps a size too small, but the other side of that coin is they fit really tight and don't slip even a tiny bit. I could order more, but they're easy to get individually, because I got them from a body-piercing website.

The size I linked is one size up from the ones I got. (00-gauge instead of 0-gauge)

RIDE - look in the marketplace - I'm giving red (burnt orange is more like it) and black ones away for free....or shoot me your wish and your address to [email protected] and I'll get you some in the mail.

But those blue ones are cool....

Thanks for sharing! Too bad the shipping to Canada is INSANE.

I also found green and blue on Amazon. Didn’t look for other colors. Maybe you’ll have better luck with shipping there.
