where to get Li-Ion 14500's

Hello folks,
I just received my JetBeam MKII.R and would really like to try it out with 14500's The flashlight takes a single AA and I have been looking for rechargeable AA Li-Ion(s) and a charger.
Is there anyone here who has some experience with these batteries, and can point me in a good direction?
