Which 2 million cp spotlight actually delivers?

I'm looking for a 2 million spotlight that actually puts out 2,000,000 candle power. I currently have a Brinkmann Q-Beam Maxmillion II which is supposed to be 2 million cp, but after seeing the readings from the maxmillion one, i dont think it is actually up to spec. I have abou 50 dollars, and would like about 20 min runtime, and ac charging, and the ability to run from 12volts. So which one should I get? I dont mind if it is more than 2 million cp.

Got a phone call last nite; said i had to turn off my spot cause i was waking people up that were over a mile away!! It lights anything up!!!

I have no way of measuring my Optronics 2 mil CP spotlight, but I really like it!

Most of those 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 are just claims and usually are the same - A normal bright Incandescent bulb with a big lens on it

I had a chance to play with this flashlight a couple of years ago:

It uses a short-arc Strobe tube running constant arc

I could turn off street-lights several blocks away!!
