Which Battery Setup For 3W

Which battery setup would you chose for small 3W LED?. Would you chose 3AAA or 2AA? I have been looking at the Brinkman 2AA, and Dorcy 3AAA, and Mag 2AA. Thanks

I prefer 2AA, it's take a long run time than 3AAA. 3AAA is seem to be direct drive to emitter.

I prefer 2AA using a Driver circuit, the M@G 2AA is quite good
