Which brands have the most comfortable headbands and/or front cushioning?

As my long, patient wait for the right headlamp for me continues, comfort is definitely something to consider, especially as my budget won't allow for trying various headlamps. So, I'd like to make the most informed choice as possible the first time. An excellent headlamp will quickly become annoying if it's not comfortable.

If it helps, I'll be tending toward a lightweight headlamp, but all things equal, what brands provide some of the most comfortable headbands out there, including the cushioning in front where the unit meets the forehead?

Get a right angle headlamp that is removeable from the headband as you can then buy other headbands if the one that came with it isn't comfortable enough. I have several spares I bought that I use for hard hats and working on vehicles and also keep at least one night and clean if I use it on stuff around the house. My cheap rubber-like headband holder on camoflaged headbands I got is pretty comfortable.
