Which flashlights, converters or drivers have LVC

Which flashlights, converters, drivers, etc. have Low Voltage Cutoff(LVC) to protect unprotected cells and what is it set at?

The SureFire U2 has a LVC that I hear is around 3.1V. How about some others? Does the FatMan converter have LVC?

I know that the Wizard2 has LVC at 2.5v.

The Lion Cub will have LVC , and I think that the Lion Heart uses the same driver....

And some Q3 around here will have DD+LVC as soon as certain IC samples from TI arrive home /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
