Which of the following 2 bulbs I'm comparing for a mod of a Princeton Tec EOS do you think is higher quality/better?

Just trying to figure out which of these two bulbs recommended by each modder is best:

A - H-bin LED's that PhotonFanatic sells

B - Seoul U bin, P4

H refers to Vf (Forward voltage) so you are comparing 2 of the same item.
