Which midlevel charger? (Sorry, yes, another thread)

I'm looking for a midlevel charger, around $80-$130. I've looked at the Triton Jr, Triton2, ICE, Accu-cycle Elite and Hyperion 5i. I guess i'm asking which is just the best? I'll need to test the capacity of a large number of batteries and the AC/DC without a converter is a very nice feature in some of them. Any guidance? Should I just buy a Triton JR and call it a day?
