Why don\'t 123\'s evolve like other batteries?
In a few years NiMh AA's have gone from 1500-2100mah and alkalines have improved their formulas, but even premium 123's seem to be stuck in that 1300-1400 Mah rut .
Are 123's really at their theoretical limits?
