Will M2 Centurion bezel work with LED assemblies?

I have the opportunity to get a M2 bezel for my C2 to use with the Cree XRE drop in Litemania is selling (750mah). I need to know if it will still transfer heat away alright since it has that foam shock isolation thing in there... any help would be appreciated...thanks! It looks kinda big compared to the stock Z44 bezel, - which I would rather have - but can't find one.

Lighthound.com has the z44 pretty cheap.
I'm still waiting on my cree drop in. I have a couple M2 heads and will try it out as soon as the drop-in comes.

Will these drop-ins work with single cell LiIon's ???

I don't think they work on a single cell. Lookin the dealers section here for it. LITEmania is selling them

The Lighthound G&P 3 Watt LED for $34 work well in my C2. A little better that a P60 for throw.

I just got a reply from Warren at Litemania (great vendor by the way) The Drop-in is $50.00 shipped to USA and works with AW 17670 cell or two rCR123's

Seems to good to be true!!!!

Do I have to take one for the team????

Well, I ordered the M2 bezel. Hope it works ok! If it doesn't I'll have to see about getting the Z44...

I purchased an early version CREE drop-in from Warren.
It works well for my M2, using 2xRCR123, 1x17670 :thumbsup:
