Will QMini 123 turn off at appropriate time for LiFePO4 batteries

I just bought a set of 6 LiFePO4 batteries and charger from Battery Junction for my new QMini123.

When you guys talk about not letting a battery voltage get too low in order to protect the cell, how does that work with this light and battery combo? At what voltage will the flashlight turn off by itself? What is the lowest voltage that you should take these LiFePO4 batteries down to? Is it safe to assume that these modern LED lights will always turn off at a high enough voltage level to protect the longevity of the battery?

Also, the packaging says that it can take 3-5 discharge cycles for the batteries to reach full capacity. Is the difference dramatic between, say, charge # 1 or 2 vs # 5 or 6 to the point that you should put them in the flashlight and drain them down several times to "break them in"?

Thanks.

that is almost never true, since most lights are meant to work with a variety of cells which such form of "protection" would inhibit function.

Are you better off to just top them off frequently then? How do you know when it's "time" to drop it back in the charger if you can't rely on waiting until it turns off? Or does it not really affect the battery that much?

Part of using a lithium-ion battery, especially in a single-cell light is tracking its discharge state. Get an idea of how much runtime you've used and recharge it when you get about halfway down the battery capacity.
