Will the aleph light engine work as a direct upgrade to any executive surefire light with maybe just a reflector change or do i have to replace the surefire head with an whole new aleph head assembly?

The LE screws into one of the 3 Aleph heads. (acutally 4 if you count the aleph 19). The heads can screw onto Surefire E series bodies.

You'd need to bore and thread an E-series head to accept an LE - or replace the whole head with an Aleph head. The LE will NOT screw directly into a Surefire head, no.
