Re: Giveaway

I'm in! The phospher on those Crees look warmer than usual, I wonder if they are Neutral or Warm white and you really lost track of time.

Re: Giveaway

Sounds like a great gesture =) Id like to be tossed in the hat! Thanks for the chance!

Re: Giveaway

Raybo, this is a nice gesture and now the process is under way I'm not going to stop it, but I would point out that this is not the right forum for giveaways. There is a forum in the MarketPlace for this. Unfortunately, it is not possible to move the thread there, so once you have it wrapped up and all finished, we'll need to close it here.

It would be a help if members reading this post could please remember the MP is the place for these threads, and remind others.

Sorry,

I should of known better. 🙂

Re: Giveaway

I will write every members name on a small piece of paper, wad it up and throw it in some appropiate vessel, close my peepers and...........VIOLA'! a winner will be anounced.
You might find it easier to just use this list randomizer instead.
Insert the names, click the button, pick whoever's at number 1.

Re: Giveaway

My spare xitanium driver & a new fixed lighting host tells me call "I'm in". Would make good use of those crees.

Regardless, CPF is awesome. Yet another generous CPF gesture/offer.

Re: Giveaway

Thankyou for your generous offer! I'm not in, but just wanted to let you know its appreciated 🙂

Re: Giveaway

Update on my giveaway.

I have been going through my "stuff" and have added a few things.

So far we have the 6 Cree diodes...

Leds.jpg

5 WA 1148 bulbs....

1148s.jpg

A bag of Mag parts from my WA mods (you will take them and like it!), I did see a UCL in the bag.

BagOparts.jpg

A new 3D mag that I will never use...

3Dmag.jpg

2 heatsinks for a 2D Mag......

HS.jpg

MJ kit and a new mini to put it in (i'm pretty darn sure that the MJ kit is the second version)

MJkit.jpg

Here is an interesting light, a 940nm IR light. This thing is the best built light that I have run across, super heavy aluminum, and just to note the batteries go in negative end first.
You will never know if it's on unless you have a gen 3 night vision device.

Aspheric lenses anyone? I do have the specs for some of these but some are a mystery.
The largest one is 70mm, there is also a 60mm, 50mm,44mm and 30mm. The 50mm will fit in a Mag, all you have to do is machine some of the material from the lens ring.

This is how it will look (Note: This image is only posted as an example, the aspheric Mag is NOT part of the giveaway)

Good luck and thanks to all the members that have made this hobby enjoyable for me.

Ray

Edited to add the mini-mini Mag, I forgot

I'm also adding a camless smooth aluminum reflector.....

Reflector.jpg

6AA to 2D adaptor and a dummy cell............

Holder.jpg

Vanson charger

And an Inova (is it called an X1?) with less than 5 minutes runtime

Re: Giveaway (updated see images on page 3)

Wow! Count me in please!

I'm most interested in those maglite's since they're way over priced here in the UK. The heat sinks wouldn't go a miss either...

I'd be happy to pay the postage to the UK should i win, since there's a fair bit of stuff in there

Cheers
