I have the M90 with the extention for 3 batteries. I know the bulb is good and I'm charging with the + at the tail. My charger is NOT marked but the instructions that came with it say that is how it should charge.
On charge I get the low glow of the bulb telling me it's charging. After the charge is complete I put the tail cap back on but the light won't come on.

Any suggestions?

Also, if the light needs repair, where do I send it? I live in Dallas, Tx

I am not sure how long ago you purchased the charger that would probably determine the warranty on the item but Wolf-Eyes wants to handle theseissues directly.

We can assist if you need anything new moving forward.

Thanks

Hi Crusher, I suspect a problem with one or more of your batteries.

Could you measure each voltage with a simple volt-meter ?

Hi Crusher75060, :welcome:
If your bulb is glowing the bulb is fine and the charger is doing what it is supposed to. You most likely have a bad battery. Only Wolf Eyes batteries work with your charger and since the batteries are so old you'll have to buy three expensive Wolf Eyes batteries but wait, I have a suggestion. Convert it to LED!? It may cost a little more but you'll get good output and 5+ times the runtime with a smaller more portable flashlight. The Charger you have will not work with the LED (you will damage the LED if you try it). If you have the 168 model you probably have two good LRB168A batteries and all you'll need is a charger and bulb.

Here's what you'll need;
2 - Good LRB168A/18650 batteries and new charger
1 - Wolf Eyes D36 3.7-13V XP-G R5 LED Drop-in (330 Lumen).

Install the new LED module
Remove the spacer from the rear of the body (its between tail cap and body)
Install the 2-18650 and screw down the tail cap.

Hope this helps!
