Wolfeyes Cree sniper slowly dimming

I bought the HO cree sniper form wolf eyes about 4 months ago but it seems that its been getting very dim lately. The more I use it the dimmer it gets. Is this normal? The batteries seem to last the same amount of time but man it isnt bright anymore

BTW, the WE Sniper 6A HO Cree is a terrific light. I have one with the 4-stage module and it is one of my favorite lights. Beautiful beam, great throw/spill combo, compact size but with real "heft" and top-notch build quality, esp. the brass-lined battery tube. Excellent all-round light.

Dragonfueled - Which bulb do you have in your Sniper? The single, two stage, or 4 stage? I have a Sniper that had a two stage that suddenly lost it's strobe, then came back 2 weeks later, then died again. Mike sent me a single replacement that I'm using now, but I'm wondering if WE isn't having some quality issues.

Its a single HO. Just got really dim over time but man i love the light it just feels very heavy duty.
