Sounds good. What material would you like it made out of? I'm guessing Delrin, but I could make one out of aluminium or PVC, if you'd prefer it.

No to both questions. I'm just reasonably certain that I can make one, as it's not a complicated part to make.

FWIW..a couple of bucks in the plumbing department will give you a perfectly functional sleeve for an 18650 in a Mag tube.

Yep, that's definitely a way to do it. Is there a size that works well without spacer rings?

1" PEX or Poly irrigation tube, with the proper o-rings on the outside does the trick.

It's not as classy as machined Delrin, but when it's in the tube, you can't see it.
