I am trying to track down a light assembly for a Surefire M500A. I've scoured the internet and since these Surefire forends have been out of production for so long there's basically nothing out there. So I'm hoping I can find someone that can help me out with some parts.

From what I can tell, there are two different assemblies and I would be happy to find either. There was the LM10 and LM20. LM10 was the standard assembly and the LM20 had the large bezel. These take the standard M3 bezel which I have no problems finding.

The part I'm really having trouble finding is the insert/adapter. This part:

If I could locate the part above, the knurled piece, has male threads that thread into the handguard and female threads on the other side to accept an M3 bezel. Or if I could find the entire part pictured above, "LM10", that would work too.

I've even been considering seeking out someone who could machine one of these inserts for me. I have the plug that fits the battery compartment which has the same threads and interior dimensions as the insert.

Anyway, if anyone here could help me source one of these? If you know where I can find one or have one you would be willing to sell? I'll pay to have one made if someone thinks they can machine it? I'll come up with all the dimensions and make a blueprint. Not looking to mass produce, just want to get my light working.

Thanks in advance...
