Battery Junction carried them until last year when they cleared them out for $1.95. It's a pretty nice little cheap plastic flashlight. Rayovac replaced it with a 3 LED version.

The eBay may still have some.
If you use a trealux LED reflector in a minimag you don't need to drill a larger hole.

I have one rayovac that I put a warm Yuji in. It's been months and my kids use it and leave it on- I still haven't changed the batteries.
