Sold/Expired WTT: Jetbeam PA40 for folding knife with pocket clip

I have a JetBeam PA40 (4AA Max 468 lumens) in great condition (with original box and contents) that I would like to trade for a folding knife. Below are some knives I am interested in. If you have something similar let me know. I don't mind a used knife with signs of wear. As long as the blade and lock is good.
